We are Paramount Bathrooms Ltd. and we have been trading for 25 years. We are official stockist and displaying outlet for all the products we sell adding peace of mind to our customers.

Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept credit card payment.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason.

All goods cease to be the property of Paramount Bathrooms Ltd. when payment is received in full.

Delivery schedule

All places where a further charge is to be added will be notified by email before the order is processed for authorisation.

This applies to all orders in mainland UK.

Here is a guide to our delivery times:

Showers and shower pumps 2 - 3 working days.
Kitchen furniture 4 - 6 weeks.
Bedroom furniture 4 - 6 weeks.
Bathroom furniture 3 - 4 weeks.*

*If you ring we may be able to advise that we have a potentially shorter lead time, which should be accurate. But we can be relying on a fast turn around on parts from our suppliers. So there is potential for the advised lead time being over run through reasons out of our control. So for a smooth completion of you bathroom please allow 3-4 week turn around were possible.

All furniture will be delivered on a pallet and will require someone to unload them from the lorry. Please be aware that some of the goods may be heavy. We cannot guarantee that the driver will help you with the unloading as they are only insured to the back end of their vehicle.

Back orders

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you.

Tax charges

We only ship to mainland UK and charge the standard rate of 20% on all orders.

Credit card security

We use a system called Sagepay which is the market leader for online credit card security. Guarantee All our products come with a guarantee of between 1 and 5 years.

Privacy Policy

Paramount Bathrooms do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option. Returns Policy

You can return an item that you no longer require but you must notify in writing by either post or email within 7 days of receipt. Please ensure that you return the goods in the original packaging, unused and in perfect condition. We suggest you use a reputable carrier and take out insurance to cover this journey.

The only exceptions to this is bathroom, bedroom and kitchen furniture which is made to order and not returnable.

If you do need to return an item please notify us by email or post first.

Please take care when ordering that the items are needed and that they are the correct items. If you need any assistance contact us as we have a team of experts who will be willing to guide you.

The Distance Selling Regulations 2000 (as amended) affects this contract. You have the unconditional right to cancel you order in writing at any time prior to delivery (except for bathroom, bedroom and kitchen furniture), and to return goods within 30 days from the date of receipt. We will refund you less the cost of returning the goods.

The commencement of fitting of any item is acceptance that you are happy with the item supplies and that it is the correct item and in good condition. No acceptance can be taken into if you later discover that it is incorrect or damaged. This is to protect you as well as us.

Please inspect everything on delivery and notify us within 48 hours of delivery of any damage as we cannot accept a fitting charge for incorrect/damaged items. We may not be able to replace any damaged items after this period. Please do not book a plumber until you have inspected everything.

We reserve the right to refuse an order for any reason.
